These Official Rules govern the ECOS Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), sponsored and administered by David Diaz (the “Sponsor”), through Feature.fm.

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, subject to applicable law.

1. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on October 17, 2026 and ends on October 25, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time, immediately following October 24.

All entries and bonus entries must be received before the deadline. Feature.fm's contest system will be used to record valid entries.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older and are able to attend the October 31, 2026, ECOS Concert Series event in Orlando, Florida.

Participants aged 13–17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Their parent or guardian, who must be at least 18 years old, must complete the registration on their behalf using the adult's own name and email address, manage the entry, and accept the prize if selected.

No minor's name or personal email address should be submitted through the Feature.fm registration form. The parent or guardian will be the registered account holder and may designate the minor as the intended prize recipient, subject to platform requirements.

Parents and guardians may also enter in their own names and bring children of any age as guests, consistent with venue admission policies.

Individuals younger than 13 may not enter independently.

Sponsor and persons directly involved in administering the Giveaway, along with their immediate household members, are ineligible.

3. How to Enter

Each eligible registration receives one (1) entry.

Registration is free. No purchase, Spotify connection, YouTube subscription, or social media follow is required.

Only one initial registration per individual and email address is allowed. Multiple registrations using different email addresses, fake identities, automated accounts, or other deceptive methods may be disqualified.

4. Bonus Entries Through Referrals

Registered participants may earn three (3) additional entries for each eligible friend who successfully registers using their unique referral link.

Bonus entries are awarded only when an eligible new participant completes registration through the referral link.

Copying or sharing the link alone does not earn bonus entries.

Self-referrals, duplicate registrations, fraudulent entries, and automated referrals are prohibited.

There is no stated maximum number of valid referral bonus entries.

All valid entries, including eligible bonus entries, will be included in the random drawing.

5. Prizes

One (1) winner will receive:

Four (4) complimentary general-admission tickets to the ECOS Concert Series: October Songwriter Showcase, taking place on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at Bynx Orlando, 420 E Church Street, Suite 118, Orlando, FL 32801.
One (1) Sad Boy Club™ merchandise item of the winner's choice from the items available in David Diaz's official merchandise store at the time of prize selection.

The winner may select the preferred available size, color, and style of the merchandise item.

Sponsor will cover the selected merchandise item, applicable taxes, and standard shipping within the United States.

The approximate retail value of the complete prize package is $100.

Transportation, accommodations, parking, food, and other personal expenses are not included.

The merchandise is made to order and may arrive after the concert. The concert tickets will be provided before the event.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No substitutions or transfers are permitted without Sponsor's approval, except where required by law.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries, including valid referral bonus entries, after the Giveaway closes.

The drawing will be administered by Sponsor using the eligible entries recorded for the Giveaway.

The potential winner will be notified by email no later than October 26, 2026.

The winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the notification email being sent to confirm acceptance of the prize.

If the potential winner does not respond within that period, declines the prize, cannot attend, or is determined to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and a new potential winner selected through another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Any alternate winner will also have twenty-four (24) hours from the time their notification email is sent to respond.

A parent or legal guardian must respond and accept the prize on behalf of any winning minor.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Prize Fulfillment

Once the winner confirms acceptance, Sponsor will arrange delivery of the four concert tickets before October 31, 2026.

The winner must provide any information reasonably necessary to fulfill the prize, such as the ticket recipient's name, merchandise selection, and a valid U.S. shipping address.

For any prize intended for a minor, the parent or legal guardian must provide the required information and approve fulfillment.

Personal information required for merchandise delivery will be requested privately after winner selection.

Failure to provide the necessary information in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of the prize.

The winner is responsible for complying with the venue's admission and conduct policies.

If the concert is canceled or materially changed for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor will communicate any available arrangements or lawful prize alternatives to the winner.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfill the prize.

Where an entrant separately consents to promotional communications, their information may also be used to provide newsletters and updates about Sponsor's music, merchandise, activities, events, and other promotions.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in those messages.

Administrative messages related to the Giveaway, including winner notifications and prize fulfillment communications, may still be sent as necessary.

Personal information may be processed by Feature.fm and other service providers acting in connection with the Giveaway, including providers located outside the entrant's country of residence.

Information concerning minors will be handled through the participating parent or legal guardian, subject to applicable privacy laws and platform policies.

9. Feature.fm Disclaimer

Feature.fm provides the platform used to host registration and track entries for this Giveaway.

The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by David Diaz, not Feature.fm.

Entrants expressly waive and release Feature.fm from responsibility for claims, damages, or losses relating to the operation of the Giveaway and Feature.fm services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Questions and claims relating to the Giveaway should be directed to Sponsor.

10. Fair Participation and Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and the validity of entries.

Entries obtained through fraud, false information, automated methods, or attempts to manipulate the referral system may be disqualified.

Any disqualification will be based on a legitimate violation of these rules and applied fairly and consistently.

Sponsor may take reasonable action to address technical failures, unauthorized interference, or circumstances that prevent the Giveaway from operating fairly, subject to applicable law.

11. Publicity and Winner Information

Sponsor may publicly announce that a winner has been selected.

The winner's full name, photograph, or other identifying information will not be used for additional promotional purposes without any consent required by applicable law.

For a minor, the parent or legal guardian must provide any required authorization before personally identifying information is publicly shared.

12. Liability and General Conditions

Participation in the Giveaway and attendance at the concert are subject to applicable law and venue requirements.

Sponsor is not responsible for internet interruptions, incorrectly submitted email addresses, technical errors, or circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control, except as otherwise required by law.

Sponsor may amend these rules only as permitted by applicable law and will communicate any material changes appropriately.

These Official Rules are governed by applicable Florida and United States law.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their entry information to Sponsor through Feature.fm rather than to Instagram or Facebook.
